Well done Kim for passing your Foundation Degree in Early Years! Just the Honours bit left to do now!

We were absolutely amazed to win this award last November. The general public voted for their favourite nursery, we were up against some tough opposition and being one of the smallest settings didn’t expect to win, so couldn’t believe it when the winners ‘nippers Nursery’ were announced. We attended the dinner dance as a staff team so you can imagine the reaction, table tipped and tears!

The staff team worked hard to complete a portfolio of evidence based on the provision and ethos of the nursery. We are pleased to say that we were awarded Gold, the highest accolade form our county council.

5* is the top mark for outstanding food hygiene and health and safety. The nursery premises are checked annually and the scores can be found on the Borough Councils website – Scores on the Doors
